International Symposium on Sino-German welding simulation "in Berlin

 October 25 ~ 29, China Institute of Computer Aided Welding Welding Engineering Committee and the German Federal Institute for Materials Testing BAM (connected components Security Division V.5) in Berlin, Germany jointly organized the "1st German Welding Process Simulation International Symposium (1st Sino-German Workshop on Simulation of Welding ,25-29 Oct. 2010, Berlin) ". The meeting by the German Federal Institute for Materials Testing (BAM) of the Rethmeier Shandong University professor and co-chaired by Professor Wu Chuansong. 16 Chinese representatives and 26 representatives at the meeting in   Germany to the forefront of numerical simulation of welding process carried out in-depth discussion scientific issues. The second International Symposium on Sino-German Science Centre has been (The Sino-German Center for Research Promotion) full funding. Professor Professor Wu Chuansong and Rethmeier Conference in early project applications submitted jointly by the expert review, a Sino-German Science Centre to obtain approval. The center is 10 years ago by the German Science Foundation (DFG) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, jointly established to facilitate and promote bilateral cooperation in the field of cooperation and exchange of basic research funding agencies. For this meeting, German Science Center to pay an official representative of 30 participants (15 each in Germany and China) all the participants expenses (including airfare, accommodations, transportation and other miscellaneous expenses). The Chinese delegation from Shandong University, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tianjin University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Dalian University of Technology, Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, welding units  of 13 experts; German delegation from Federal Institute for Materials Testing (BAM), Aachen University of Technology, Dresden University of Technology, University of Bremen, Braunschweig University of Technology, Institute of Buddhist Lankao husband and 11 units of welding experts.
